If you live in one of the following Wisconsin counties, you qualify for our special Santa Delivery program!

What is Sherper's Santa Delivery?
- We want to make sure you get your gifts in time for the holiday. Santa will personally deliver orders placed online that missed the standard UPS/FedEx overnight delivery deadlines. We will also gift wrap all these orders!
- To qualify, you must place your order by Friday, December 22nd at 4:00 PM.
- Simply select "IN-STORE PICK UP" as your shipping option at checkout, and you MUST NOTE in the comment section of your order that you would like to use the free SANTA DELIVERY program.
- Want Santa to deliver your package, but you are purchasing prior to the shipping deadlines? No problem! Simply follow the steps above and we will add your order to our Santa Delivery schedule!
- Santa will be making all deliveries on Saturday, December 23rd only.

FREE SHIPPING ON QUALIFYING ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE
If the items in your order which qualify for "free shipping" total $50.00 or more, those items will ship completely FREE! Items that do not qualify for "free shipping" that are in your order will be the only items that you are billed for at checkout, as shipping costs vary based on weight and size of the item. Unfortunately, most closeout, clearance and sale items are not eligible for free shipping. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
All Orders Typically Ship within 24-48 Hours
Most orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the same day if the order is submitted by 12:00 PM Central Time (depending on product availability). When your order is marked "shipped," you will receive an email containing the tracking number within 24 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipment data to update, as tracking numbers are created before the item is physically picked up by UPS.
If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled within 24-48 hours due to stock availability, a customer service representative will contact you with options regarding your order.
In-Store Pick Up
Customers can choose to pick-up their online order at our Hales Corners, WI location. If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an email and phone call notifying you when your order is available and ready to be picked up in-store. Orders are typically available within 24-48 hours.
We do not ship or sell internationally at this time.
Items such as switchblade or automatic knives are restricted to shipping within the State of Wisconsin. Any restricted items will be noted. Orders placed for restricted items that do not meet criteria will be cancelled during processing.
At Sherper's we care about the environment and attempt to recycle all packing materials. We receive many packages at our stores each day, and strive to use all of that packaging to ship your order before using any new packing materials. Stay green!
Canoes, Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards
These items are not available for free shipping due to size and weight. An adult must be present to sign and receive the shipment of any canoe, kayak, or stand up paddleboard.
In-Store Pickup of Canoes, Kayaks & Stand Up Paddleboards
Orders will usually be available for in-store pickup within 1-3 business days at the location designated at checkout if the item is available. We will notify you via email or phone call that your order has arrived at the designated Sherper's retail location and is ready for pickup.
When returning items in-store, a valid state-issued photo ID and phone number are required as they will be used in a manner for authorizing and managing returns in our in-store database.
Returns are not accepted on the following items:
- Items that cannot be sold as "new"
- Merchandise marked "as is"
- Cut yard goods
- Special ordered "non-stocking" items
- Drop shipment items
All defective items are eligible for in-store credit or replacement only. Sherper's will attempt to repair or replace your defective item under the vendor's terms.
- Refunds after 30 days of purchase will be given in the form of in-store credit
- Original form of payment must be present to refund your payment
- Refunds without a receipt will be given in the form of in-store credit and the item will be valued at it's lowest sale price
- Items being returned with a gift receipt are eligible for in-store credit only
- Any purchase paid for by check must allow 10 days from date of purchase to clear our bank before a cash refund is given
