Online returns can be processed for payment credit within 30 days of shipment delivery date. Any return requests after 30 days of shipment delivery date can be made for an online store account credit.

Returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Items that cannot be sold as "new"
- Special ordered "non-stocking" items
- Drop shipment items
- Gift cards can not be returned or refunded

All defective items are eligible for in-store credit or replacement only. Sherper's will attempt to repair or replace your defective item under the vendor's terms.

- If making an exchange, please note the item and size which you are exchanging your purchased item for.

Absolutely! Please bring in a copy of your online receipt to process a return or exchange in store.

- Returns or exchanges are sent back to our store at the purchaser's expense.
- If an item is being exchanged, we will cover shipment cost of the new item back to the customer on orders over $69.00.
- Shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Returns can be processed for payment credit within 30 days of purchase. Refunds after 30 days will be given in the form of in-store credit.
When returning items in-store, a valid state-issued photo ID and phone number are required as they will be used in a manner for authorizing and managing returns in our in-store database.
- Original form of payment must be present to refund your payment
- Refunds without a receipt will be given in the form of in-store credit and the item will be valued at it's lowest sale price
- Items being returned with a gift receipt are eligible for in-store credit only
- Any purchase paid for by check must allow 10 days from date of purchase to clear our bank before a cash refund is given
