Online Return Policy

Return Window

Online returns can be processed for payment credit within 30 days of shipment delivery date. Any return requests after 30 days of shipment delivery date can be made for an online store account credit. 

What can't be returned?

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

  • Items that cannot be sold as "new"
  • Special ordered "non-stocking" items
  • Drop shipment items
  • Gift cards can not be returned or refunded

What if my item is defective?

All defective items are eligible for in-store credit or replacement only. Sherper's will attempt to repair or replace your defective item under the vendor's terms. 

How do I return my item?

You can simply request a return by logging into your account on our website. To do that, please follow the next drop down instructions under "Requesting a Return Through Your Account."

Otherwise, you can follow the instructions below to manually return your order:

  1. Please include a copy of your order receipt in your package.
  2. If making an exchange, please note the item and size which you are exchanging your purchased item for.
  3. Mail all returns to:

  4. Once a package is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Requesting a Return Through Your Account

Click on the profile icon in our menu, or log in to your account directly.

  1. Sign in to your account:
    a. In the "email" field, enter your email address, then click "continue."
    b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    c. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. if your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "request return."

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund. Please note that return shipping cost is at the customer's expense.

Can items be returned to a physical Sherper's store location?

Absolutely! Please bring in a copy of your online receipt to process a return or exchange in store.

Returns & Exchange Notes:

  • Returns or exchanges are sent back to our store at the purchaser's expense.
  • If an item is being exchanged, we will cover shipment cost of the new item back to the customer on orders over $69.00.
  • Shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases Returns Policy

In-Store Purchase Return Policy

Returns can be processed for payment credit within 30 days of purchase. Refunds after 30 days will be given in the form of in-store credit.

When returning items in-store, a valid state-issued photo ID and phone number are required as they will be used in a manner for authorizing and managing returns in our in-store database.

  • Original form of payment must be present to refund your payment
  • Refunds without a receipt will be given in the form of in-store credit and the item will be valued at it's lowest sale price
  • Items being returned with a gift receipt are eligible for in-store credit only
  • Any purchase paid for by check must allow 10 days from date of purchase to clear our bank before a cash refund is given
