This Council shoulder patch is for all Scouts in the Three Harbors Council. It is a full color patch featuring the words, "Three Harbors Council" embroidered on the front. This patch is to be worn on the official Scouts BSA, Cub Scout or Venturing Uniform. Patches not listed are only available at your local Council Service Center.
