Price Match Guarantee

We meet (and usually beat!) product prices from all local competitors as well as national and online retailers.

Who/What We Match:

• At the time in which you purchase an item, we will match any local retail competitor’s in store or online price.  We will also match prices from national and online retailers with some exclusions (see below).

• Our price match guarantee covers price matching on identical items that are in stock at the competitor at the time of purchase.  

• When matching identical items from online retailers, any shipping costs and/or fees that retailer charges will be used to calculate the price we will match to (i.e. If the online retailer is selling an item for $100.00 + $10.00 shipping we will match to the total cost of $110.00).  

• Our price match guarantee covers the acceptance of valid coupons from any major national retailer.  

• If we lower the price on any of our products within the return window of when you purchased the product, we will match to the lower price.

Exclusions:

• Although we will gladly match the price of items sold on Amazon.com and other large online retailers, our policy does not cover items sold through any third party/auction sellers such as Ebay, Craigslist, etc. as it is difficult for us to judge the legitimacy of the items condition and authenticity when sold through these channels.    

• Our policy does not cover matching items sold through stores or websites in which a customer subscription is needed to receive those prices.

• We cannot combine a price match with any other promotions such as a coupon or sale.  

• Our policy does not cover special orders on items that are currently out of stock.

• Our policy does not cover any mail in offers, financing offers, credit card offers, or clearance/closeout offers.

• This policy is valid as of 12/4/18 and may be updated at any time by Sherper’s Inc.

How to Redeem a Price Match:

In-Stores: Please ask any sales associate assist in confirming a price match.  They will be happy to alert a manager to have them confirm the price match and have your price adjusted at checkout.  It’s as simple as that! We try our hardest to have the lowest prices on EVERY item in our stores, but with prices changing by the second online, some items will inevitably fall through the cracks.  That is why we are happy to offer price matching on all of the items we stock.

Online: There are three ways you can request a price match online.

1. Give us a call at 414.425.6888 (either before or after you place your order) and let us know where you found a better price so that we are able to confirm and adjust the price of the item on your order.

2. E-mail customerservice@sherpers.com (either before or after you place your order) with a screen shot, photo, or link of the product at a better price so we are able to confirm and adjust the price of the item on your order.

3. In the “Order Comments” section of the checkout please include a link of the product at a better price so that we are able to confirm and adjust the price of the item on your order.
