ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Online returns can be processed for payment credit within 30 days of shipment delivery date. Any return or exchange requests after 30 days of shipment delivery date can be made for an online store account credit.
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Items that cannot be sold as "new"
- Ammunition
- Special ordered "non-stocking" items
- Drop shipment items
- Gift cards can not be returned or refunded
Defective Items:
All defective items are eligible for in-store credit or replacement only. Sherper's will attempt to repair or replace your defective item under the vendor's terms.
To Return Your Item:
- Please include a copy of your order receipt in your package
- If making an exchange, please note the item and size which you are exchanging your purchased item for.
- Send all returns to:

HALES CORNERS, WI 53130 - Once a package is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Please Note:
- Returns or exchanges are sent back to our store at the purchaser's expense
- If an item is being exchanged, we will cover shipment cost of the new item back to the customer on orders over $50.00.
- Shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable
SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS:
- At this time Sherper's is unable to ship to Hawaii or internationally. We also are unable to ship large water sport items such as canoes, kayaks, and stand up paddleboards to Alaska.
